Interpretive
Style
Oxbow Meadows is an
"environmental learning center" and the new canopy trail will
be operated in a manner that showcases Oxbow's strong natural history
education and interpretation skills.

| Students and public
visitors will be guided along the trail in small groups led by a staff
member who is trained in both interpretation and safety. Each
outing will focus on guiding students and visitors to explore this
exciting ecosystem from a new, higher perspective. |
| Some outings will
focus on a special theme. Early morning canopy experiences will be
scheduled that focus on birding. Night walks will focus on owls
and bats. |
